Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Pricing Manager to join our EU DSP team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading strategic programs and initiatives that drive our DSP payments program, shaping the way we compensate our delivery partners across Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement processes and mechanisms to address existing shortcomings and enable us to scale our growing business.
- Conduct root cause analysis to understand the financial health of our delivery partners and develop processes to drive these analyses at scale.
- Report to senior leadership on key metrics and program updates, synthesizing data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- A degree in a relevant field.
- Relevant experience with program management, demonstrating end-to-end ownership of projects and initiatives.
- Relevant experience with Microsoft Office and Excel, including V-lookups and pivot tables.
- Advanced or master's degree in a relevant field.
- Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, parcel delivery, and/or e-commerce.
- Relevant experience in a start-up environment, owning the creation of new processes and systems to drive continuous improvement, particularly in the payments/compensation space.
- Relevant experience in P&L ownership and/or oversight.
