Senior DSP Manager, EU Delivery Service Partner

The EU Central DSP Management team is expanding rapidly, working across multiple European countries to optimize relationships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) who deliver directly to our customers. We're seeking a candidate to take ownership of strategic programs and initiatives, utilizing strong analytical and project management skills. This role will have a direct impact on how we compensate DSPs across our European network.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead strategic programs and initiatives to support the overall profitability of EU DSP Partners.
- Develop processes and mechanisms to address current challenges and enable the scaling of our growing business.
- Conduct root cause analyses to assess the financial health of our delivery partners and create scalable processes for these assessments.
- Report key metrics and program updates to senior leadership, synthesizing data into actionable insights and recommendations.
The EU Central DSP Management team works across European countries to optimize our end-to-end relationships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) who deliver directly to our customers.
Requirements:- A degree in a relevant field.
- Relevant experience in account management in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
- Relevant experience in using data analytics to solve problems such as customer, partner, or business performance issues.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or distribution.
- Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
- A bachelor's, master's, or advanced degree in business management, economics, law, engineering, or supply chain and logistics.
