Senior DSP Manager, EU Delivery Service Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DSP Manager to join our EU Central DSP Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading strategic programs and initiatives to support the overall profitability of our EU DSP Partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement processes to address current challenges and enable the scaling of our growing business
- Conduct root cause analyses to assess the financial health of our delivery partners and create scalable processes for these assessments
- Report key metrics and program updates to senior leadership, synthesizing data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and optimize relationships with DSPs
Our EU Central DSP Management team works across European countries to optimize our end-to-end relationships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) who deliver directly to our customers.
Requirements- A degree in a relevant field
- Relevant experience in account management in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
- Relevant experience in using data analytics to solve problems such as customer, partner, or business performance issues
- Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or distribution
- Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
- A bachelor's, master's or advanced degree in business management, economics, law, engineering or supply chain and logistics
