Als Freight Operations Manager bist du Teil unseres dynamischen Teams und triffst wichtige Entscheidungen, um unsere Logistikprozesse zu optimieren. Du bist verantwortlich für die Koordination und Begleitung von Transporten von Abholung bis Zustellung. Deine Aufgaben umfassen den Verkauf von Frachten, die Erstellung von Frachtpreisen und den Aufbau eines eigenen Netzwerks aus nationalen und internationalen Speditionspartnern.

Was Du mitbringst
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich Spedition und Logistik
  • "Hands-on"-Mentalität mit der Motivation zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick bei der Interaktion mit unseren Kunden und Partnern in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Teamgeist und die Motivation, gemeinsam zu wachsen und Erfolge zu genießen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Disposition sind von Vorteil
