Deine Aufgaben

Als Freight Operations Manager bist du verantwortlich für die logistische Planung und Durchführung von Transporten. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Die Koordination und Begleitung von Transporten von Abholung bis Zustellung
  • Der Verkauf von Frachten und die Erstellung von Frachtpreisen
  • Der Aufbau eines eigenen Netzwerks aus nationalen und internationalen Speditionspartnern
  • Die stetige Optimierung bestehender Arbeitsprozesse und Strukturen
Was Du mitbringst
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich Spedition und Logistik
  • Ein "Hands-on"-Mentalität mit der Motivation zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick bei der Interaktion mit unseren Kunden und Partnern in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Teamgeist und die Motivation, gemeinsam zu wachsen und Erfolge zu genießen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Disposition sind von Vorteil
