People Experience Lead DACH

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Experience Lead to join our team in the DACH region. Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end HR service delivery for the business unit, ensuring global vision, brand, and identity are tailored to the needs of the business.
- Collaborate across the business unit to ensure people services strategy is aligned to the business needs and drive strategy implementation at the business unit level.
- Provide guidance and leadership to people experience advisors to support service delivery and manage consistency within the business units.
- Lead and oversee employee relations service delivery where not supported by shared services or delivered by people experience advisors.
- Promote the HR operating model within the business unit and seek the right balance between efficient service delivery and tailored employee experience.
- Act as a point of escalation for the business leadership team.
- Use business unit knowledge to identify specific business requirements and apply this in service delivery.
- Understand the wider support network, including capability teams, EX teams, service management, etc., and work with them to satisfy specific business requirements.
- Accountable for delivery in/by their business unit squad of designed (by EtoE experience leads) and agreed (with IC) RACF for processes within core HR and absence.
- Responsible for driving continuous improvement through benchmarking, to provide efficient, effective, and compliant people services, with an employee-driven culture.
- 7+ years of experience in people teams, preferably in FMCG or global business, with a degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in change management and governance processes, influencing and communicating with others, presentation skills, compliance and controls, and working effectively in a constantly changing environment.
- Fluency in German and English language.
