Job Description

We are seeking a Data Insights Strategist to join our Growth team. As a key partner to our onboarding, incentives, and marketing leaders, you will help them understand the effectiveness of their actions and make data-driven decisions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and implementing proper measures for success for our teams and enabling them to monitor these metrics consistently via dashboards in Looker;
  • Proactively creating insights that uncover new product and marketing opportunities and helping the product teams set up and analyze A/B tests;
  • Breaking down complex situations into simple and understandable stories to make data insights accessible to a wide range of stakeholders;
  • Performing ad hoc analysis and deep dives to answer business questions in marketing and growth;
  • Building and maintaining pipelines for data ingestion and transformation in collaboration with engineering teams to support your analytics tools.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, data pipelines, and hypothesis testing;
  • Business sense: you are willing to dive deep into the needs of the company, going beyond the simple understanding of a data point;
  • Prioritisation skills: you understand the business context well enough to suggest priorities based on impact and effort needed;
  • Strong communication skills: you translate complex insights into easy-to-digest information towards business and technical stakeholders;
  • Dashboard design: you can create dashboards that convey their message in a clear and understandable way (preferably with Looker);
  • Coding skills: you have an excellent knowledge of SQL, and a good understanding of Python;
  • Tools: additionally, if you have used Snowflake, AWS, Airflow, or DBT in the past, it will be beneficial.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €85,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
