Transforming Security Compliance in Financial Services
We are seeking a seasoned security compliance expert to join our Customer Information Security Advisory Team at SAP. As an Expert Customer Information Security Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Customer Success colleagues, providing expert advice on security compliance related topics to close customer deals successfully.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with our Customer Success, different Lines of Business, and Legal departments in relation to cloud deals, particularly in the Financial Services Industry.
- Act as the customer contact for discussions and negotiations pertaining to Cloud Solutions, ensuring seamless security compliance.
- Identify and advise on the implementation of global Financial Services regulatory requirements, such as DORA.
- Develop and maintain a solid knowledge base in regional security and compliance topics, including data protection and industry-specific compliance obligations.
- Support the security and compliance governance efforts, including reporting on customer commitments made and highlighting risks to management.
- Interact with various internal departments as a liaison, ensuring effective communication on security compliance topics.
- Provide content supporting the preparation of executive events and deliver presentations to larger audiences both online and onsite.
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Business Economics, Business Informatics, Law, Business Law, Computer Science, Information Security, or Cyber Security.
- 7-10 years of experience in security compliance, Cybersecurity, customer success, or legal roles, ideally situated within the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in global security compliance and/or financial services regulatory requirements such as DORA, EBA Guideline, or similar.
- Experience in supporting and advising on the implementation of security compliance measures and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be a customer point of contact and internal liaison.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a mandatory requirement for the role.
