Part-time Support Staff for Passenger Service

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at DB InfraGO AG as a part-time support staff for passenger service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to passengers at train stations and platforms, ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with alternative travel arrangements, particularly when connecting trains are delayed
- Verify that information displays (posters, timetables) are up-to-date and visually appealing
- Provide support to passengers with mobility issues at the platform, including assistance with boarding and alighting trains
- Inform passengers about service disruptions and provide information on alternative routes
- Distribute delay certificates for long-distance and regional trains
- Represent the company in a provided uniform
- Perform special tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training
- Previous experience in customer service (hospitality, reception, call center, etc.) is an asset
- Proficiency in English to provide assistance to international passengers
- Strong customer and service orientation, with a focus on providing excellent service
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
- Team player with a passion for working with people
- Flexibility to work in a shift system, including weekends and public holidays
