We are seeking a highly skilled Country Manager to lead the development of our French e-commerce store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), managing the profit and loss (P&L) and budget, and driving targeted marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct KPI-based country analysis, target/actual comparison, and implement actions to improve our FR Commerce store performance.
- Take ownership of the P&L and budget for the French market, ensuring optimal financial management.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing activities and campaigns in collaboration with our Campaign and Commercial teams.
- Act as a project manager, collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop our French e-commerce store and achieve country goals.
- Drive internal initiatives to optimize market performance, document project status, and define clear goals.
- Research and identify top player influencers in the beauty sector in the French market and evaluate their fit with Flaconi.
- Adapt and publish country-specific social media content on relevant local platforms.
- Degree or training in online marketing, business administration, business informatics, e-commerce, or similar.
- First years of experience in e-commerce and a good understanding of P&L, interpreting common KPIs, and deriving measures to control them.
- Excellent French skills and knowledge of the French market. Fluent English skills.
- Analytical skills to identify trends and causes for changes in figures.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at various levels.
- Competitive salary band between 50,000€ and 65,000€ gross per year for a mid-level position, and 65,000€ to 85,000€ gross per year for a Senior position.
- Permanent contract and coverage of costs for your BVG or Deutschland ticket.
