Project Manager for Technical Facility Services

Your Role
- Assume Leadership: Design and implement tailored solutions while independently managing project calculations in Technical Facility Management for clients in the automotive sector.
- Conduct Analysis: Oversee budgeting; monitor costs; ensure quality standards; track deadlines and maintain effective communication with clients and management.
- Execute with Precision: Develop order calculations and budgets for various trades; independently prepare prequalification and proposal documents; create and deliver presentations for client projects.
- Foster Development: Enhance our service offerings and standards within the Maintenance Service Line and expand both internal and external expert networks.
- Facilitate Communication: Act as the technical advisor and primary contact for our client projects.
- Collaborate Effectively: Manage projects for the rollout of new service contracts in conjunction with operational locations and other central departments.
Your Qualifications
- Education: Completed technical training with additional qualifications as a technician/master (m/f/d) or a degree in engineering, focusing on Facility Management, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in Facility Management or Building Technology.
- Expertise: Familiarity with the automotive industry and strong market knowledge is preferred; proficient in standard MS Office applications.
- Work Style: Structured, independent, and self-motivated.
