Job Description

STRABAG PROPERTY & FACILITY SERVICES GMBH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Services Manager:in to join our team. As a Facility Services Manager:in, you will be responsible for overseeing the central monitoring and ensuring the delivery of contracted services for a major industrial client, taking into account predetermined quality and cost standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the central monitoring and ensure the delivery of contracted services for a major industrial client
  • Provide professional and disciplinary leadership, as well as develop the skills of the team members under your supervision
  • Prepare and present regular reports in accordance with the governance of the customer contract
  • Provide proactive advice to the customer on innovative solutions and improvements
  • Be the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters, including contract and agreement content
Requirements
  • Completed studies in Facility Management, Technical Building Management, or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in a comparable leadership position
  • Excellent understanding of business economics and sound knowledge of transition, implementation, and control of operational services and QHSE processes
  • High level of social competence, responsibility, customer orientation, and excellent communication skills
  • Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
  • CAFM and Office affinity
  • Independent, result-oriented, and efficient working style
