About the Role

As an HR Business Partner at IDEMIA, you will play a critical role in driving business success by developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's goals. You will work closely with business leaders and line managers to achieve organizational objectives and foster a culture of wellbeing, fairness, and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to drive people and business strategic initiatives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, reward & recognition, employee performance & development, succession planning, culture, etc.
  • Implement interventions/programs like employee wellness, diversity & inclusion, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, employee investigations, and workplace disputes.
  • Advocate and communicate the business value of HR strategy & initiatives, and manage the roll-out of HR programs to maximize employee engagement and business value.
  • Drive the administration of annual processes, such as the Annual Employee Survey, Performance, and compensation campaigns.
  • Enable business change by supporting people aspects of any organizational change.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, and create, implement, and advise on HR policies and processes.
Requirements
  • Very good communication skills and ability to adapt to conversational partners at all levels.
  • Experience in an international working environment.
  • Experience in project management, change management, working with works-council, etc.
  • Understanding and knowledge regarding Legal compliance.
  • Knowledge of crisis and conflict management methods.
  • Very good English skills (written and spoken).
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who can bring their expertise to our team. You should have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of human resources.
