HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner at IDEMIA, you will play a critical role in driving business success by developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's goals. You will work closely with business leaders and line managers to achieve organizational objectives and foster a culture of wellbeing, fairness, and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to drive people and business strategic initiatives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, reward & recognition, employee performance & development, succession planning, culture, etc.
- Own and drive the Employee Experience, implementing interventions/programs like employee wellness, diversity & inclusion, talent management.
- Work and empower local management to facilitate positive employee relations and a good working environment.
- Manage employee relations issues, e.g., grievances, and employee investigations. Coach managers to deal with employee relations issues.
- Advocate and communicate the business value of HR strategy & initiatives, manage roll out of HR programs to maximize employee engagement and business value.
- Drive the administration of annual processes such as Annual Employee Survey, Performance, and compensation campaigns.
- Enable business change by supporting people aspects of any organizational change.
- As an expert on employment law and regulations, ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. Create, implement, and advise on HR policies and processes.
- Critically examine business operations, decision-making, and behaviors to alert of any potential breach with compliance, regulations, or company values.
- Provide HR consulting and coaching: work with business leaders to solve people and cultural issues, provide expertise in technical, regulatory, and compliance aspects of employment including hiring, termination, performance management, rewards, etc.
- Act as an employee advocate, ensuring consistency in the treatment of employees, handling daily employee issues, effective employee communication and counseling, complaint-solving processes, and promoting best employment practices and behavior.
- Actively collect and listen to employee feedback throughout the employee lifecycle and ensure that business decisions and HR programs properly integrate that feedback.
- Very good communication skills and ability to adapt to conversational partners at all levels.
- Experience in an international working environment.
- Experience in project management, change management, working with works-council etc.
- Understanding and knowledge regarding Legal compliance.
- Knowledge of crisis and conflict management methods.
- Very good English skills (written and spoken).
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent: Vocational training followed by further task-related training) and at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of human resources.
