Job Description

As a Senior Data Expert for HR Analytics at Dataport, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization. Our mission is to create a digital future for the public administration and society, and we need talented individuals like you to help us achieve this goal.

Your Responsibilities
  • Steer HR key figures in the context of company development, plan all HR-relevant key figures, and perform monthly forecast calculations.
  • Act as a liaison between HR Controlling and Corporate Controlling, advise and support within the HR department based on steering-relevant key figures.
  • Develop the data-driven HR Controlling strategy further and steer the implementation of relevant analytic tools and systems for planning and forecasting.
  • Prepare clear presentations, reports, and dashboards (e.g., with Power BI) that deliver complex analysis results and relevant insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Present your results to stakeholders and advise on interpretation and derivation of action fields.
  • Work in internal projects and working groups to conceptualize, develop, and implement an organization-wide data strategy and data management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in controlling a minimum of a medium-sized company, particularly in planning, evaluation, analysis, interpretation, and preparation of complex HR data.
  • Excellent knowledge of influencing factors of HR topics in the context of company development.
  • Several years of experience in conceiving and handling large data volumes in a Big Data or Business Intelligence environment.
  • Several years of experience with databases and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Good knowledge and willingness and ability to develop further in the application of tools such as Power BI or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Your analytical and goal-oriented thinking enables you to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
