Account Delivery Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality programs and projects, ensuring excellence and consistency throughout the program lifecycle. Your expertise in managed services, service line coordination, and Agile/Delivery Management principles will be invaluable in driving technology initiatives and improving end-to-end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement program governance controls, manage program budget, and perform cost and productivity analyses.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and make trade-offs to balance business needs and technical constraints.
- Manage expectations and communication with senior customer stakeholders regarding program progress and key decisions.
- Drive effective teamwork across geos, strong communication, and collaboration across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
- Prepare management reporting, track profitability, and quality, and manage delivery teams (on/off boarding, trainings).
- Present program-level status to senior customer executives with good communication skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Experience in delivering large Product Engineering programs or Cloud-based implementation programs.
- Proficient knowledge of Agile/Delivery Management principles and processes, including SCRUM and SaFE Agile practices.
- Ability to use hard data and engineering metrics to make and support decisions.
- Prior onsite experience in European clients is a plus.
