**About the Role**

At THRYVE, we're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our AI initiatives and drive innovation in the automotive sector. As our Chief AI Strategist, you'll be responsible for defining and executing our AI/ML strategy, aligning it with our company's vision for next-generation automotive technologies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive AI/ML roadmap, ensuring seamless integration with our product, engineering, and data teams.
  • Oversee the research and development of autonomous driving technologies, predictive maintenance, driver assistance systems, and other AI-driven innovations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions across vehicle platforms, enhancing safety, performance, and user experience.
  • Design and deploy scalable machine learning models for real-time decision-making in dynamic automotive environments.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring new AI/ML technologies to continuously enhance our competitive edge.
  • Mentor and manage a team of data scientists, engineers, and AI specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
  • Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies, adhering to regulations and safety standards.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven leadership in AI/ML development (5+ years), with a strong track record of delivering impactful solutions.
  • Deep expertise in machine learning, data science, neural networks, and automotive systems.
  • Experience with real-time AI technologies, particularly in safety-critical environments.
