About the Role

ZAUBAR is seeking a highly creative and dynamic Generative AI Designer & Manager to drive business growth and success through innovative applications of generative AI.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Research and Development: Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in generative AI, particularly within the Stable Diffusion community, and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
  2. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with machine learning engineers, computer vision experts, and clients to create cutting-edge generative AI applications that meet business needs and objectives.
  3. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and identify opportunities for generative AI to provide innovative solutions.
  4. Experimentation and Validation: Design and conduct experiments to test and validate the effectiveness of generative AI methods in meeting client requirements.
  5. Documentation and Communication: Develop high-quality documentation, including project specifications, progress reports, and user guides, to ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  6. Innovation and Creativity: Foster a culture of innovation and creativity, actively seeking out new ways to apply generative AI to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
  1. Generative AI Expertise: Proven experience in generative AI, with a strong understanding of the Stable Diffusion community and its latest advancements.
  2. Collaboration and Communication: Demonstrable experience working with machine learning engineers and computer vision experts to develop and implement AI solutions, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Problem-Solving and Experimentation: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and execute experiments to validate generative AI methods.
  4. Documentation and Writing: Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create clear, concise project specifications, progress reports, and user guides.
  5. Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business needs and objectives, with the ability to identify opportunities for generative AI to drive business growth and success.
  6. Collaborative Mindset: Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to share knowledge and provide support to colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Client-Facing Experience: Experience working in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  2. Generative AI Techniques: Familiarity with a wide range of generative AI techniques, including but not limited to GANs, VAEs, and diffusion models.
  3. Programming Languages: Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, and experience using AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
