English Speaking Early Childhood Educator
We are seeking a qualified English-speaking education professional to help implement the Fröbel focus "Bilingual Education" at our education and care service in Berlin-Friedrichshain.
About the Role
- Support all aspects of early childhood education and care in English.
- Be in charge of (or support according to experience and qualification) the settling-in process.
- Plan, implement, and document pedagogical processes and daily routines (as part of a team).
- Complete (or support according to experience and qualification) structured observation and documentation of the children's development and educational processes.
- Develop successful cooperation with parents.
Requirements
- Be in the process of learning German. Proven German language skills on at least level B1 are a requirement for this position.
- Be a state-certified educator (staatlich anerkannnte*r Erzieher*in) or have a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or similar qualification.
- Be interested in developing your professional skills.
- Be interested in working as part of a team to design and implement an in-house bilingual education concept.
