Job Title: HR Business PartnerAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a strategic role in supporting our leadership team and driving business growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor to our leadership team, providing guidance on people-related matters and supporting the development of our talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to provide tailored HR solutions and drive business performance.
- Lead change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring, cultural transformation, and process improvements.
- Develop and implement measures for team development, ensuring alignment with our overall people strategy.
- Oversee and manage our external recruitment partners to ensure a seamless talent acquisition process.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, leadership development, change management, and organizational development.
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor on complex HR matters.
- Experience with workshop facilitation, team development measures, and leadership coaching.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
