We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Supply Chain Strategist. As a key member of our supply chain leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term supply chain strategies, supporting annual strategy development, and coordinating cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive alignment and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Support:
- Assist the Global Head in developing and implementing long-term supply chain strategies
- Support annual strategy development and planning process
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops
- Coordinate the global SC Leadership Team on behalf of the Global Head
- Ensure adherence to company processes and procedures
- Proactively identify topics that need leaders' attention or action
- Manage and monitor key projects and initiatives
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Identify and address potential risks and issues
- Serve as a liaison between the Global Head and other departments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Gather and analyze data on supply chain performance
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Support the Global Head in engaging with external partners
- Facilitate best practice sharing and collaboration
- Work in close collaboration with the Global Head's Executive Assistant
- Manage the calendar, schedule meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related role is required. Proven project management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
