Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Thematic Solutions team as an Index Development Intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for participating in the daily business of the Thematic Solutions team, actively contributing to the index development process, and preparing back-tests for innovative index strategies.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Thematic Solutions team to identify and analyze new market trends across different regions for new products
  • Develop and maintain performance statistics and marketing materials for our index solutions
  • Work closely with our team to create and implement new index strategies
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development of our index solutions
Requirements
  • Enrolled student in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS-Office applications, particularly Excel, and programming skills in languages such as VBA or Python
