Assistant Manager – Events Operations/ Bankett

Wir suchen eine erfahrene Fachkraft für unsere Events-Abteilung, die sich auf die operative Unterstützung unseres Outlet Manager Events konzentriert.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung unseres Outlet Manager Events in allen operativen & administrativen Tätigkeiten
  • Unterstützung eines reibungslosen Ablaufes unserer F&B Teams in unserem Eventbereich, in Zusammenarbeit mit den verantwortlichen Bankett Manager/Event Service Manager
  • Einhaltung aller Qualitätsstandards
  • Koordination von Fremdfirmen, die im F&B-Bereich tätig sind
  • Operative Unterstützung unserer F&B-Teams im Eventbereich
  • Du bist für die Zufriedenheit der Gäste zuständig, Begrüßung, Betreuung, sowie dafür Sorge zu tragen, dass unsere Gäste einen angenehmen und sorglosen Aufenthalt genießen.

Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung/ Studium in der Gastronomie/ Hotellerie
  • Mehrjährige F&B-Erfahrungen im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Erste Erfahrungen in ähnlicher Position oder als Restaurant Manager
  • Sehr gute Deutsch – & Englischkenntnisse
  • Deine herzliche und authentische Persönlichkeit überzeugt nicht nur unsere Gäste sondern auch uns
