About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Event Operations Intern. As an Event Operations Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of our events, including the Bits & Pretzels Festival and Bits & Pretzels HealthTech.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of events, including venue management, logistics, and coordination with vendors.
  • Assist with event marketing and promotion, including social media management and email marketing.
  • Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and attendees to ensure a smooth event experience.
  • Help with event setup and teardown, including decorating, audiovisual equipment, and registration.
  • Assist with post-event evaluation and follow-up, including data collection and analysis.
Requirements
  • Enrolled student with a strong interest in event management and operations.
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with experience in event management software a plus.
  • Fluency in English, with German language skills a plus.
