**Your Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, Security, and Sustainability (HSSE-S) expert to join our Renewables team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice on HSSE-S matters, develop and implement HSSE-S programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide expert HSSE-S advice to the Renewables HSSE-S Team in Europe.
  • Develop and implement HSSE-S programs, including the Renewables Health and Wellbeing Program, Renewables Regulative Compliance Program, and Renewables Contractor Safety Program.
  • Inspect and audit HSSE-S compliance and standards related to the programs.
  • Represent the Renewables business in the Corporate HSSE-S Team and develop the Annual Health Month program.
  • Establish mechanisms to demonstrate regulatory compliance for the Renewables business in Europe.
  • Work collaboratively with Project HSSE-S Managers and Procurement function to develop and implement the Contractor and Supplier Safety Program.
  • Drive thoughtful and pragmatic change, inspire innovative thinking, and model adaptability through resourcefulness, flexibility, and positivity.

**Your Profile**

We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of professional experience in HSSE-S, preferably in a project environment. You should have experience in providing HSSE-S expert support, managing multiple priorities and risks, and deploying your time effectively to support Renewables functions.
