Customer Service Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary liaison for customer service, addressing inquiries and escalations while ensuring an outstanding client experience.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through efficient service delivery and the cultivation of client loyalty.
  • Performance Monitoring: Oversee and evaluate customer feedback and complaints to improve service quality, generating internal reports for necessary corrective measures.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute customer service strategies, training team members to improve communication and client engagement.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to resolve client issues and foster a customer-focused culture within the organization.
  • Data Management: Oversee CRM systems, manage customer data, and monitor inventory and sales forecasts to ensure effective customer support.
Qualifications
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Medical Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Professional Experience: Significant experience in customer service, preferably within the medical technology industry.
  • Essential Skills: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, leadership qualities, teamwork, and a strong customer focus. Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, Office 365, data analysis, and reporting tools is required.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both German and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
