Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Kundensupport Spezialisten, der sich für die digitale Handwerkssoftware begeistert und unsere Kunden mit professioneller Unterstützung begleitet. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden bei technischen Problemen und Fragen sein.

Hauptaufgaben
  • First Level Support: Bearbeitung von schriftlichen und telefonischen Anfragen unserer Kunden. Du findest schnell Lösungen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Kunden mit dem Service zufrieden sind.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams, um Kundenprobleme zu lösen und deren Zufriedenheit sicherzustellen.
  • Dokumentation: Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Pflege einer Wissensdatenbank, um wiederkehrende Probleme effizienter zu lösen.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Identifizierung von häufigen Problemen und Mitwirkung an der Verbesserung unserer Support-Prozesse.
Dein Profil

Wir suchen nach jemandem, der:

  • eine gute technische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Support hat
  • gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein selbstsicheres Auftreten besitzt
  • strukturiert und organisiert arbeiten kann
  • englisch (gesprächssicher) und Deutsch (sehr gut) spricht
