Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team. As a Finance Intern, you will support the Finance and Operations teams with daily tasks, maintaining tracking of all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete administrative tasks, including filling out, drafting documents, and data entry.
  • Prepare monthly reports for management and client presentations.
  • Promote operational efficiencies across the finance team.
  • Assist the cost control team with reporting, budget monitoring, and invoice control.
  • Support the finance team in monitoring incoming payments.
  • Create ad hoc analyses and support the optimization of our databases.
  • Develop ideas for improving existing processes.
Requirements:
  • Studying business administration, mathematics, or a comparable course of study with a focus on finance and controlling.
  • Practical experience through internships or working student activities.
  • Good understanding of numbers, analytical thinking, and Excel skills.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (C1/C2 level, written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a careful and proactive work style.
  • Communicative team player who enjoys working in an intercultural environment.
