Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our Finance and Operations teams with daily tasks and maintain tracking of all financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of numbers, analytical thinking, and excellent Excel skills.
Responsibilities- Complete administrative tasks, filling out, drafting documents, and data entry.
- Prepare monthly reports for management and client presentations.
- Promote operational efficiencies across the finance team.
- Assist the cost control team with reporting, budget monitoring, and invoice control.
- Support the finance team in monitoring incoming payments.
- Create ad hoc analyses and support the optimization of our databases.
- Develop ideas for the improvement of existing processes.
- Studying business administration, mathematics, or a comparable course of study with a focus on finance and controlling.
- Practical experience through internships or working student activities.
- Good understanding of numbers, analytical thinking, and excellent Excel skills.
- Very good knowledge of German and English (C1/C2 level, written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a careful and proactive way of working.
- Communicative team player who enjoys working in an intercultural environment.
