Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Finance and Operations teams, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily tasks and maintaining accurate tracking of all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Prepare monthly reports for management and client presentations.
  • Promote operational efficiencies across the finance team.
  • Assist the cost control team with reporting, budget monitoring, and invoice control.
  • Support the finance team in monitoring incoming payments.
  • Develop ad hoc analyses and optimize our databases.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
Requirements:
  • Studying business administration, mathematics, or a comparable course of study with a focus on finance and controlling.
  • Practical experience through internships or working student activities.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a good understanding of numbers and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent Office and Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in German and English (C1/C2 level, written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in an intercultural environment.
