Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Sales Excellence initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns to promote our Food Display products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing processes and methodologies.
- Enhance customer experiences through strategic marketing activities, including customer newsletters, LinkedIn campaigns, and market intelligence platforms.
- Contribute to business development and digitization projects to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Sales Excellence, or Marketing roles within an international setting.
- Proven experience in sales methodologies, process improvements, and digital marketing activities.
- Strong conceptual and analytical abilities, high customer centricity, and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in German.
