About the Role

Vorwerk SE & Co. KG is a family-owned company with a rich history and a strong commitment to innovation. We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in Wuppertal, Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Learning & Development Manager in implementing the learning strategy and organizing various learning solutions.
  • Contribute to shaping the global learning strategy and improving global learning processes.
  • Implement key Learning & Development initiatives and core projects.
  • Collaborate with the team to organize global meetings with our People & Culture partners.

Digital Learning

  • Enhance employee satisfaction and engagement with the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Oversee and maintain global training content in our LMS and support departments in creating and delivering global eLearning solutions.
  • Ensure a comprehensive knowledge of the Learning Management System and provide guidance and advice to stakeholders.

Reporting on ROI

  • Produce reports on e-learning KPIs to measure effectiveness and collect data to measure ROI of learning initiatives.
  • Ensure global communication of training plans and events to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training and relevant professional experience in Learning and Development.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and content creation tools.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills and an independent, structured way of working.
  • Positive energy, hands-on mentality, and not afraid of challenges.
