About the Role
Vorwerk SE & Co. KG is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in Wuppertal. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the global learning strategy and implementing innovative learning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support the Learning & Development Manager in the implementation of the learning strategy and organization of different learning solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of global learning processes and shape the global learning strategy.
- Support the implementation of key Learning & Development initiatives and core projects.
- Collaborate in the organization of global meetings with our People & Culture partners.
- Oversee and maintain global training content in our Learning Management System (LMS) and support departments in the creation and delivery of global eLearning solutions via LMS.
- Ensure a comprehensive knowledge of the Learning Management System and provide guidance and advice to stakeholders.
- Share the role of global administrator for LMS with the Learning & Development Manager and update content on a global basis.
- Continuously assess the existing offering and ensure that relevant learning opportunities are created and updated.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training and relevant professional experience in the field of Learning and Development with a clear focus on LMS and content creation.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and content creation tools.
- Ideally relevant professional experience in the area of personal learning topics in an international group.
- Strong understanding of the internal environment (organization, culture, internal policy and governance, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and an independent, structured way of working.
- Strong understanding of individual psychology, which is directly related to motivation, engagement and recognition.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Positive energy, hands-on mentality and not afraid of challenges.
- Discretion in dealing with confidential data.
- Team spirit and enjoyment of working with people round off your profile.
