International Sales Manager for Spinal Systems

Job Title: International Area Sales Manager for Spinal Systems

Responsibilities:
  • Take responsibility for the sales of our product portfolio
  • Be responsible for the international acquisition of new customers, the management and development of dealers, and the continuous expansion of market share
  • Build and maintain a KOL network in the region
  • Develop sales and cost plans and be responsible for regular reporting
  • Participate in international trade fairs and congresses and conduct sales and user training, as well as OP accompaniments and hospitations
Requirements:
  • Experience with complex products from the medical technology sector, preferably from orthopedics or neurosurgery (spinal systems)
  • Strong personality with the ability to establish long-term customer relationships in various cultural contexts
  • Excellent negotiation skills, sales-oriented thinking, and proficiency in German and English
  • High travel readiness
