About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Principal to join our team at MobiLab Solutions GmbH. As a key account manager, you will be responsible for nurturing customer relationships, understanding business needs, and ensuring the delivery of cloud-native solutions to grow our business and footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as the primary consulting contact point and advocate.
  • Understand customer needs and business drivers, and work closely with customers to tailor MobiLab's offerings to meet customer goals.
  • Lead the strategic account planning process (end-to-end), ensuring that all customer needs, deliverables, and expectations are clearly understood and met with long-term accountability.
  • Manage the sales pipeline related to partner-driven opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure.
  • Drive the profitability of your accounts, being fully accountable for the profit and loss (P&L) management for your customers.
  • Track and report sales performance & KPIs and provide regular reports to the Managing Directors.
  • Collaborate with various MobiLab team members to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts to maximise our technology partner engagement and drive sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology partner programs, and market dynamics to identify potential areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth through effective partnership management.
  • Proven experience in account management, particularly in managing major accounts with full P&L responsibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization (especially the Management Level).
  • Proactive and self-motivated person capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Open to travel to partners, customers and meetings.
  • Fluent in English and German.
