Your Responsibilities:
As a Senior Product Supply Manager, you will be an integral part of the Category Management Operations team, overseeing the logistical management of a product portfolio. In your daily operations, you will manage inventory control for your product range, ensuring product availability and optimal stock levels. You will consistently monitor sales figures, return rates, inventory levels, and market reach. For capacity and demand forecasting, you will collaborate closely with various departments (e.g., logistics/purchasing) and our suppliers, deriving optimal demand planning for your product assortment based on these insights and supply chain considerations. You will also support your Category Lead in assortment management and develop plans and strategies to enhance shipping channels as needed. Proactively, you will integrate the enhancement of workflows and processes into your daily tasks, working independently with other departments and product teams to actively contribute to productivity improvements and process automation.Your Profile:
A successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on logistics or process optimization. A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience as a Product Supply Manager or Inventory Manager. Proficient in using inventory management tools and actively contributing to their development and optimization. Excellent analytical skills, proficient in Excel, and a strong technical understanding. You enjoy working in a structured manner, possess a hands-on mentality, and are eager to familiarize yourself with our DIY product range. A true team player, you can effectively communicate and assert yourself in English.Our Offer:
