About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Consultant to join our team at ITL Germany. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for anchoring the engagement effort for assignments, from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage relationships with client personnel, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Process Design and Harmonization: Design, harmonize, and standardize processes across multiple business units and geographies.
  • Requirements Elicitation and Solution Design: Elicit requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design solutions for Supply Chain Planning processes on Oracle EBS.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Discussions: Lead cross-functional discussions and finalize cross-functional end-to-end solutions across Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics.
  • Execution and Support: Execute and support functional testing, QA, SIT, and User Acceptance Testing, as well as production cut-over and post-production support.
  • Technical Leadership: Work with and guide technical teams on development activities, such as data mapping for integrations and data conversions, designing and testing extensions and reports.
  • Quality Ownership: Own quality deliverables for a globally distributed Oracle EBS implementation team, managing and controlling scope of deliverables, tracking deliverables to closure.
  • Review and Analysis: Review solution design, functional specifications, and cross-functional solutions.
  • Performance Testing and Analysis: Work with technical teams for executing performance tests, analysis, and resolving performance issues.
  • Reporting Solutions: Work with BI teams for reporting solutions.
Requirements
  • Solution Lead Experience: Proven experience as a solution lead in Oracle EBS R12 Modules – Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, and Inventory modules.
  • Oracle EBS Expertise: Strong functional and application knowledge in Oracle EBS, with experience in led transformations.
  • Requirements Elicitation and Solution Design: Experience in gathering requirements, designing solutions for high transaction volumes, and conducting fit-gap analysis.
  • Performance Testing and Analysis: Strong experience in performance testing and analysis of solutions.
  • Complex Solution Design and Delivery: Experience in designing and delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications landscapes.
  • End-to-End Process Knowledge: Knowledge of end-to-end processes, including Forecast to Plan, Demand to Deliver, Order to Cash, Procure Pay, and Master Data Management.
  • Integration Experience: Experience in handling integration with external partners and applications, such as Part Catalogs, trading partners, EDI in European regions.
  • Oracle Certification: Oracle certification is mandatory, and distribution industry experience is a plus.
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills, with strong leadership and delivery management background working with offshore teams and 3rd party application teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PDH/PIM, WMS, Planning Modules: Knowledge of PDH/PIM, WMS, Planning modules is an added advantage.
  • Oracle Technology Stack and Cloud Web Services: Knowledge of Oracle technology stack and cloud web services, ALM tools (like Panaya, JIRA), and performance testing tools is desired.
