Position Overview

In the role of Lead Consultant in Procurement Optimization, you will collaborate closely with clients to devise cost reduction strategies and optimize product groups. You will utilize various procurement levers, including tendering, negotiation, and make-or-buy analyses, to generate value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Work alongside project teams to execute cost optimization initiatives
- Formulate Value Creation Plans for procurement divisions
- Conduct potential analyses and develop tenders
- Employ commercial and technical purchasing strategies
- Assist in make-or-buy evaluations

Requirements

- Master's degree from a recognized institution
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement consulting or management
- Comprehensive understanding of procurement processes and strategies
- Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are advantageous
- Analytical mindset complemented by strong interpersonal abilities
