About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Consultant to join our team at ITL Germany. As a key member of our Oracle EBS R12 implementation team, you will be responsible for leading the requirements elicitation, fit-gap analysis, development, configuration, functional testing, and post-production support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver Oracle EBS R12 solutions that meet our clients' business needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business requirements and delivering solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to design and implement data mappings, extensions, and reports for our clients.
  • Own the quality of deliverables, managing and controlling scope, tracking deliverables to closure, and reviewing solution designs and functional specifications.
  • Work with our performance testing teams to execute performance tests, analyze results, and resolve performance issues.
  • Collaborate with our business intelligence teams to design and implement reporting solutions.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12, with a strong focus on full-cycle implementation processes.
  • Extensive experience with information technology, with a strong understanding of business processes and systems.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Oracle certification is mandatory, and experience with Oracle Technology stack and Cloud Web Services is desired.
