Senior Product Manager ERP/Backend

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our ERP and backend systems to the next level. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strategically advancing our ERP and developing it into the central internal data platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Closely collaborate with your team to identify use cases, solve functional issues, and develop smart features based on insights.
  • Take ownership of individual modules of our ERP and ensure system stability and scalability.
  • Plan and implement a prioritized development roadmap, leading projects from start to end with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advance process automation and develop efficient interfaces between our ERP and related systems.
Requirements
  • Several years of in-depth ERP product management experience in a digital environment with direct product responsibility.
  • Proficient in defining, managing, and successfully completing software development sprints in fast-paced environments.
  • A knack for numbers & Excel, and technical understanding that enables you to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Strong communication and prioritization skills.
  • Significant experience in Python or SQL and working with open source ERPs such as Odoo are a strong plus.
  • Minimum C1 in written and spoken English is mandatory; German knowledge not obligatory, but a plus.
