Onsite IT Support Technician

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Onsite IT Support Technician to manage and resolve technical incidents and service requests efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through a structured ticketing system.
  • Conduct thorough error analysis and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external IT service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide onsite support for server-related issues at client locations.
  • Document all project orders and service activities in the ticketing system.
Qualifications:
  • Completed technical vocational training in IT or a related field.
  • Proficient in using ticketing systems for incident management.
  • Strong expertise in hardware, particularly servers.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Valid Category B driver's license.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and maintain an organized work approach.
