HR Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Working Student to join our team at Revvity.
This role will involve supporting the HR team with various tasks, including preparing and managing employment documents, supporting with HR operations and payroll processes, and participating in other HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, collect, and manage employment documents, including digitalizing files using the HRSolVVE-Ticketing-System.
- Support the HR team with documentation of HR operations and payroll processes.
- Support the HR team with clean-up of employee records in the Workday-System and physical storage.
- Prepare information material for employees and distribute accordingly.
- Participate in other HR projects and be a resourceful member of a highly engaged HR team.
Requirements:
- Student or graduate, preferably in human resources, administration, management, etc.
- Native speaker/fluent German (min C1 level).
- Fluent in English - at least CEFR B2 level.
- Available for 20 hours per week for 3 months.
- Emotionally mature and ethical, strong interpersonal skills.
- Details focused, well-organized and stress resistant.
- Takes the full ownership of delegated tasks.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office for work purposes.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
