HR Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Assistant. As a key member of our HR operations, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process, maintaining HR data, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding of interns.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and ensuring timely and professional communication with applicants.
- Maintain and update HR data in our HR system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of interns, including preparing employment contracts and managing reference letters.
- Help manage HR administration by keeping HR documentation up to date.
We are looking for a candidate with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in HR or administration is a plus, but not required. Proficiency in German and English is essential.
