About the Role

The Managing Director, DACH is a key leadership position that requires a self-starter mentality, organizational skills, and a passion for creators. You'll be responsible for optimizing and implementing organization and content strategies, educating and championing content trends, and overseeing a team of high-performing content employees.

You'll work closely with regional and global teams to ensure delivery against our priorities and be accountable for Twitch's e-commerce activities in the EU. You'll have the ability to clearly articulate and translate business expectations and goals to direct reports, cross-functional stakeholders, and executives across the Twitch business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee Twitch's content and creator business in DACH and German-speaking streamers globally.
  • Implement long-term territory organization, content, and creator strategies in DACH, under the direction of Twitch leadership.
  • Lead and implement cross-functional programs and initiatives related to creators in DACH and German-speaking streamers globally.
  • Lead teams of high-performing Strategic Partner Manager personnel.
Requirements
  • Experience in leading international teams with a focus on setting and exceeding personal, team, and organizational goals.
  • Eagerness to dive into details, find creative solutions, and take responsibility for projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple projects and priorities at the same time within a rapidly changing environment.
