Documentation Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Documentation Specialist to join our Technical Documentation team in Finland or Germany.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage documentation transmittal between stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with project teams to maintain project-specific guidelines and verify documentation quality.
- Develop and maintain Master Document Registers and compile project documentation packages.
- Provide support to project teams in the Document Management System and ensure efficient workflows.
Requirements
- Industrial plant-related knowledge or experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and computer skills.
- Fluent English and German language skills, with ability to communicate effectively with multinational contacts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in document management systems is a merit.
