Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Documentation Specialist to join our Technical Documentation team in a dynamic and growing company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage documentation transmittal between stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project-specific guidelines for documentation.
  • Verify documentation quality and accuracy.
  • Compile project documentation packages and maintain Master Document Registers.
  • Provide support to project teams in the Document Management System.

Requirements:

  • Industrial plant-related knowledge or experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and computer skills.
  • Fluent English and German language skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in document management systems is a merit.
