Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Specialist to join our team at Cyient GmbH. As a Quality Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products and services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for national and international OEM customers, ensuring prompt and professional handling of customer complaints and queries.
  • Providing methodical support for error analysis, conducting in-depth root cause investigations and documenting the findings.
  • Addressing product defects by initiating internal investigations, ensuring documentation, and driving systematic troubleshooting efforts.
  • Organizing and implementing corrective actions for installation and handling errors, including developing necessary training programs or updating operational instructions.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of corrective measures, making adjustments where needed to drive product and process improvements.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting quality data, ensuring proper documentation and sharing the data on customer internet portals.
  • Planning and accompanying regular product and process audits requested by customers, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Conducting error analysis and supporting production teams with quality control, focusing on component-level problem-solving.
  • Serving as the Quality representative in cross-functional working groups, acting as the point of contact for the Dresden location.
Requirements:
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management.
    • Proven experience in the aviation industry is essential.
  • Education:
    • A degree in engineering or equivalent technical training.
  • Skills:
    • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex issues and make informed decisions.
    • Excellent social and communication skills, team-oriented, with the ability to assert yourself when necessary.
