Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Display Sales Engineer to join our team at LG Electronics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering product and sales demonstrations and presentations that showcase the key technical aspects of our medical displays and digital radiography solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver product and sales demonstrations and presentations to customers and prospects in the EU region.
- Provide technical support to our sales team in European subsidiaries, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.
- Work closely with our product and sales teams to interpret customer requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Provide feedback to our R&D and engineering teams to inform product improvements and enhancements.
- Collaborate with customers, including hospitals, key accounts, and OEM partners, to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Participate in major healthcare exhibitions in Europe, such as ECR, MEDICA, and JFR, to showcase our products and build relationships with customers.
- Train sales teams and key accounts partners on our product solutions, ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills needed to effectively promote and sell our products.
- Identify tender opportunities and lead the tender preparation and specification activities to ensure that our products are selected by customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Bio-medical Engineering, Business Management, or Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role in a top company operating in the medical display market.
- Excellent understanding of the healthcare market and medical display products, including digital radiography solutions.
- Strong technical skills to find solutions to customer inquiries and provide expert advice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Professional command of German and English, with other European languages or Korean highly valued.
- Availability to travel across Europe, as required.
