Director of Revenue

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Revenue Director, der unsere finanziellen Ziele erreichen hilft. Als wichtiger Teil unseres Teams bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien, um unsere Einnahmen zu steigern.

Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • Implementieren und Überwachen von Yield- und Revenue-Strategien
  • Überwachung der Verkaufspreise in unseren angeschlossenen Systemen
  • Auswertung von Benchmarking- und anderen unternehmensrelevanten Berichten
  • Überprüfung und Kontrolle der Reservierungssysteme
  • Überwachung der Datenbanken
  • Sicherstellung eines optimalen Informationsflusses zwischen den Abteilungen
  • Kalkulation von Raten und Packages
  • Beratung und Unterstützung bei Preis- und Verfügbarkeitsverhandlungen
Voraussetzungen:
  • Fachausbildung
  • Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Revenue Management
  • Hervorragende Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
  • Gute Hotelsoftware-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Opera
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Anwendung von RMS-Systemen, Channel-Manager und CRS-Systemen
  • Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denken
  • Verhandlungssicherheit und Belastbarkeit
  • Teamgeist und hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Ergebnis- und umsatzorientiertes Handeln
