Position Overview: The primary objective of this role is to gain a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape, align with the strategic priorities of CCH Tagetik, and spearhead the product management for the CCH Tagetik Extended Planning suite, focusing on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role is crucial for ensuring a successful market introduction and ongoing success of our offerings.
Location: This position can be based in Italy, UK, or remotely within Europe. You will report directly to the VP of Integrated Business Planning and will collaborate with various functional teams within CCH Tagetik (Sales, Presales, Partner & Alliances, Marketing, Development, Customer Success, Finance) to implement segment priorities and contribute to the growth of the Corporate Performance Management & ESG division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for the Extended Planning solutions tailored for the Office of CFO in large enterprises, leveraging the core architecture of the CCH Tagetik platform.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer profiles, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to identify opportunities for market share growth.
- Utilize customer insights to prioritize product features and articulate the rationale behind product decisions.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features that meet customer expectations.
- Engage with Pre-Sales teams to deliver impactful demonstrations that support both external marketing efforts and internal enablement.
- Develop and implement a strategic growth plan that includes optimizing existing products and exploring new opportunities to enhance customer offerings.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in leadership roles within enterprise software, specifically in the FP&A, Corporate Performance Management (CPM), or Extended Planning (XP&A) sectors.
- At least 5 years of direct experience in product management within an enterprise software environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex international projects and understand the budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes within large enterprises.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executive-level presentations.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
This role is essential for driving revenue growth and enhancing the market position of CCH Tagetik's offerings in the realm of Corporate Performance Management.
